MCS Carpets has been trading on the Forest Road in Swords since 1990. The company is owner run by Bernard O’Dwyer, who has over 35 years’ experience in the flooring industry. We pride ourselves on our reputation for providing expert advice, ensuring you get the best quality flooring available, no hidden extras and true value for money.

A lot of our custom is repeat business from our customers returning year after year, along with word of mouth which indicates the level of quality and service we provide. With over 30 years of experience, our reputation speaks for itself. Our custom comprises of referrals and repeat business and we are grateful to the local community of Swords for their continous support over the years.

We are a community business and very much believe in giving back to community. In 2020 The team at MCS Carpets helped Baz and the gang create the dream home for a lucky family in a recent episode of DIY SOS: The Big Build.

We supplied and fitted the flooring throughout the home including both carpet and laminate flooring. We are very proud to have been a part of the magnificent home transformation for an even more magnificent family. It was an absolute honour for us to play our part and we wish this incredible family health and happiness in their new home.

For 2021 our chosen charities are People Helping Homelessness and Aoibhneas Womens Refuge.

I recently got new lino in my kitchen and hall and carpet on the stairs and landing. I have been going to MCS now for a few years and always enjoy the friendly, honest and laid back approach from Bernard, Joan, Paul and crew. The fitter also did a great job.
